She is a designer and creative living and working in Troy, NY.  She received her Associate's degree in fine arts from HVCC in 2004.  After years of volunteering and working on Digital Design, she returned to College in the Fall of 2019.  Aspirations include refining and building a more professional design portfolio as well as continuing to work on building the skills as a photographer and graphic designer.  Amanda has volunteered and worked as a graphic designer and social media content developer for years as well as built content on websites.  

Before moving to a more digital approach to art and design, Amanda received a merit award for her installation piece at a student juried show in April 2004.  Continued focus on sustainability and consumption will be present in future work.
